Sigrid U. Zaehringer Presents Challenges Facing Employers in the Age of Social Media


On October 10, 2012, Sigrid U. Zaehringer gave a presentation concerning the challenges employers face in the age of social media.  Ms. Zaehringer's presentation focused on the recent social media cases before the National Labor Relations Board, and the meaning of "concerted activityö in a social media context.  Ms. Zaehringer also discussed the kind of language employers may incorporate into their policies that may discourage harmful social media activity while still passing muster under the National Labor Relations Act.
